Bio for Amy Curry
Marketing/Leasing Manager
With more than eight year's experience in commercial real estate, Amy Curry leads First Industrial Realty Trust's portfolio management and leasing activities throughout Florida, including the Orlando, South Florida and Tampa markets.
As Marketing/Leasing Manager of First Industrial's Florida region, Ms. Curry provides custom industrial real estate solutions to Fortune 500, corporations, middle-market companies and small commercial firms through operations, portfolio management and leasing in the region.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Curry served as Marketing/Leasing Manager for First Industrial's Atlanta market where she was responsible for the company's industrial leasing activities in this market. She also served as Senior Development Analyst where she was involved in the acquisition, development and disposition of assets in select markets across the East Region.
Before joining the team at First Industrial, Ms. Curry served as Development Manager for Panattoni where she managed acquisition, re-positioning and leasing of office and industrial assets. Earlier she held various posts at Kim King Associates that involved leasing, marketing, development, acquisitions and underwriting of a variety of product types.
Ms. Curry is an active member of NAIOP, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Council for Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). She holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and serves on the Board of the CCIM Atlanta Chapter. Ms. Curry also holds Board level positions within CSCMP's Atlanta chapter and the Georgia State Real Estate Alumni Group.
Ms. Curry obtained a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the
Georgia Institute of Technology and a master's degree in real estate from Georgia State University.
