Bio for Keith Stauber

Senior Regional Director

With more than 18 years’ experience in leasing, acquisitions and build-to-suit development, Keith Stauber joined First Industrial Realty Trust in 2006 to provide real estate solutions to the company’s corporate customers throughout greater Chicago.

As Senior Regional Director of First Industrial’s Chicago region, Mr. Stauber is responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for the Chicago region as well as overseeing acquisitions, providing industrial real estate solutions, and expanding the company’s customer relationships across the greater Chicago area.

Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Stauber served as Senior Vice President of the industrial group of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc., a nationwide leader in commercial real estate brokerage. He has been the recipient of numerous awards and nominations from various organizations, including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), CoStar Group, Inc., Colliers International and others.

An active member and former board member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), Mr. Stauber serves as 2007 President of the Chicago chapter of SIOR. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Northwestern University.
